Mr. Yatrik is currently the Group CFO of National Stock Exchange India Limited. He has been associated with NSE since February, 2000. He has over 32 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Finance, Auditing & Assurance, Corporate Taxation, Risk Management, Designing & Implementation of Corporate Performance Management Systems, IT Systems & Control including ERP implementation, TQM etc.

Senior advisor to asset managers, index businesses and exchanges. Former Global Head of Index Business at Bloomberg and Global Head of R&D & Channel Management at S&P Indices.

Mr. Mukesh is a business leader with about three decades of experience in financial services industry. He is presently the Managing Director– NSE Data & Analytics Limited & NSE Indices Limited. Previously, he was President at CRISIL Limited, a Standard & Poor’s company, and was leading their India Research business with full P&L responsibility. He worked with CRISIL for 20 years. Prior to that, he was associated with Asian Paints (India) Limited.
